You’ll run into something. The build will stall, an app won’t behave the way you expect, or a question won’t be answered in the guide. Here’s where to go.

Assembly Studio support inbox

Email studio@assembly.com for anything that needs a direct response from the team. What helps us help you:
The workspace name (or the URL of the workspace if it’s easier)
The app name, if the question is about a specific app
What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
Your prompt, if the question is about a build that didn’t go right
Response times during the beta are typically same-day during business hours.

Slack community

Faster than email for most things. The beta cohort hangs out there, the Assembly Studio team is active, and you’ll often see your question answered before you’ve finished typing it.

In-product feedback

There’s a feedback shortcut inside Assembly Studio. Use it for one-off observations — “this button is in a weird place,” “this error message wasn’t helpful.” It goes straight to the team and we read every one.

This guide

If you’re reading this and it didn’t answer your question, that’s useful signal. Send us the page you were on and the question you had. The guide is incomplete by design during the beta — we’re filling it in as we learn what people need.

The broader Assembly Studio guide

For platform-level questions that aren’t specific to the app builder — custom domains, billing, integrations, the existing app catalog — the Assembly Studio guide is the source of truth.
