Overview

Monday.com lets you track projects and workflows, visualize data, and collaborate with teams. You can connect a Board view by following the instructions below.

App setup

  1. Go to App Library, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.
  2. Select Monday in the Client-facing section.
  3. After clicking on the app, click on Install in the top-right.
  4. Set a title and icon that represent the app.
  5. We recommend setting this up as a manual app so that you can embed different data for each client. If you want this app to be visible to all clients, set this as an automatic app.
  6. Next, click Add. You will be taken to the app’s page, where you can set the embed for each client, group, or company.
  7. Click Add to add your first embed or link. Select the client(s) or company to share the app with.
  8. Select Show as embed so that the client isn’t directed outside of the portal.
  9. Next, go to your Monday.com board and follow the instructions here to embed a board view. You can use either the embed code or shareable link.
  10. Go back to the app page in Assembly, paste the copied link into the content box, and click Save.
Monday only allows view-only embeds. This is because Monday’s pricing model only allows collaboration between paid users.
