Overview
Looker Studio enables you to transform data into customizable dashboards and reports. Assembly simplifies the process of embedding these dashboards directly into your portal.App setup
Follow these steps to set up the Looker Studio embed:- Navigate to App Library and select + Add an app from the top right corner.
- Choose Looker Studio from the Client-facing section.
- Click Install in the top-right corner.
- Configure a title and icon representing the app.
- Determine visibility: set as manual to customize data per client, or automatic for all clients.
- Click Add to proceed to the app page where you can configure embeds for clients, groups, or companies.
- Select Add to create your first embed or link, then choose relevant clients or companies.
- Choose Show as embed to keep clients within the portal.
- Open your Looker Studio home page and select the document to share.
- Click Edit, then access the Share button in the top-right corner.
- Set link permissions to Public (anyone with the link can view).
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the Share button.
- Enable embedding functionality.
- Copy either the embed code or embed URL.
- Return to Assembly’s app page, paste the copied content into the content box, and click Save.
