# HubSpot Forms embed

> Embed HubSpot Forms directly into Assembly so clients can submit them in the portal.

## Overview

HubSpot is a CRM that enables users to book meetings, share forms, collect leads, and more. HubSpot Forms can be embedded directly into Assembly, making it easy for clients to submit HubSpot Forms directly in the portal. To embed HubSpot Forms, follow the instructions below.

## App setup

1. Go to **App Library**, and click **+ Add an app** in the top right corner.
2. Select **HubSpot** in the **Client-facing** section.
3. After clicking on the app, click on **Install** in the top-right.
4. Give the app a name and icon, and configure whether all clients can see it or only a subset.
5. We recommend setting this up as an **automatic** app so that your meeting will be visible to all clients. If you want to embed different presentations for each client, set this as an **manual** App.
6. Leave the app set to **Show as embed** so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.
7. Next, go to your HubSpot account, click the **Marketing** tab, and select **Forms** from the list.
8. If you have an **existing** form that was created as an embedded form, click the **Edit** button on the form row. Then, click **Embed** in the top-right and copy the **Share link**.
9. If you need to create a **new** form, click **Create** form in the top-right and select **Embedded form**. Create your form and click **Update** in the top-right, then click **Publish**. Then, copy the **Share link**.
10. Go back to the **App Setup** page, paste the copied link into the content box, and click **Add**.
